Don't waste your time, read this before submitting

Zindexica.com offers free submissions like many other directories. However, we take a different approach. Special rules apply to free link submissions.

Free Link - Because we offer editorial services for a fee (express and featured) our free links cannot be edited. The fee charged for our paid submissions is for editing services, not for the link itself. In order to make this legitimate, we do not edit free submissions. This means that free submissions must be absolutely perfect according to our standards. The title, the description and the category selection must adhere to the rules in a completely error free fashion. Any violation, no matter how minor, will cause the submission to be declined without review. In other words, if an editor has to 'edit' the submission information in any way, it will not pass. If it does pass, the website itself is reviewed for quality. If an editor believes the site to be legitimate and within our guidelines, the site will be included. If not, it will be declined upon review.

-- There is only one exception: If a free link does not appropriately fit in existing categories, a new category may be created. This is the normal process for developing sub categories and should not be considered editing.

Express Edited - Our express edited submission carries a small editorial service fee. This is so that an editor may correct minor mistakes in the submission such as capitalization, poor descriptions, or category mistakes. As well, this speeds up the priority we give it. We believe that because we are charging for editing, we will edit the listing info provided if it needs it and will not reject the submission for these reasons. However, the website itself can still be rejected if it does not comply with standards and guidelines.

Featured Listing - Our Featured Listing has the same rules as our Express Edited.  The listing details can and often will be edited for quality. The site itself must be approved according to standards and guidelines in our rules.

Summary

We do offer free links, but the submission details must be perfect or the submission will be declined without review. If the details are passable, the website itself must be reviewed and approved.

Any type of "Paid" link is actually an editorial service which enables the editor to make quality changes to the listing details to make them conform to our requirements and help the submitter get approved. The website itself must still pass inspection.

Conclusion

Although we do offer free listings, its not so easy. If a submission is well written according to our rules, the website will be reviewed and possibly accepted. But the listing details must be error-free and perfect, otherwise its declined without review.

"Paid" submissions have editorial services provided and are more flexible and more likely to get approved.
